Objective
The Glen Oaks Fall Swim Program combines structured workouts with advanced stroke instruction to help swimmers at any level improve.  Our coaches have proven themselves for many years at the Summer Recreation, High School, and Year Round levels.  Our focus is on helping Summer League swimmers develop skills that will enable them to compete at a higher level upon their return to their Recreational Swim Team.
 
Number of Swimmers
The number of swimmers is limited and will be filled on a first-come basis.  
 
USA Swimming

Membership with USA Swimming is not required for participation in our program but is recommended.  A membership card costs about $40 per fall; registration is only available on line and can completed after September 1st.  Swimmers must be registered members with USA Swimming in order to participate in fall meets. 

USA Registration can be completed online after September 1/10 at www.swimconnection.com

Do not register for your USA Swimming card prior to September 1st
