Program Ad Sales

Add sales are due to Elinor Bickell of Glen Oaks by 5:00 pm Monday July 7th, 2008.   Elinor Bickell is putting the program together.  You can get ads to Elinor in any of the following manners. 

1.  Give Ad's to Sue Morrow at the league meeting.
2.  Email Ad's to Elinor at Bickellfamily@aol.com (call Elinor ahead of time to agree on a format)
3.  Mail Ad's directly to Elinor at the following address:

Program Ad Instructions

Ad's submitted to included in the 2008 championship programs should be separated in to two different groups:
  • Business Ads - which will be run in all four conference's championship programs
  • Team Ads - which will be run in the specific conference program that the team belongs to.

The cost for the ads are the same.  It is viewed that the business ads are true advertising and we want to give those businesses as much advertising as possible for their money.  Team ads are viewed more as cheering and encouragement from parents, coaches and other team members.

Each team that turns in ads to Elinor Bickell is required to designate and group business ads together and team teams ads together.  Any ad that is submitted which is not designated, will run only in the conference program of the team that turned in the ad.  So, if a team has 16 age group ads, 20 parent ads, 1 coach appreciation ad, 5 business ads and one ad from their home pool/facility, they would group the ads together in the following manner.

The team is not responsible for 'layout' of the ads.  Simply grouping and separating into two bundles will be adequate.
