Team Registration Form
|
Required - used to register all your family's swimmers onto the Glen Oaks team.
One form per family is adequate.

NorCal
League Registration Form
|
Required - used to register a swimmer into
the NorCal League, which we are a part of.
One form per swimmer is required.
|
NOTE: If you are new, bring a copy of birth certificate to
registration!!!
|
| Print out the forms above and complete one copy of the
Glen Oaks Registration Form for your entire family of swimmers.
Complete one copy of the NorCal Swim League Registration Form for each
of your swimmers. If you have three swimmers in your family
joining the team, you will submit four total forms - 1 Glen Oaks Team
Registration form and 3 NorCal League Registration forms.
You may submit these forms to the Glen Oaks Swim Team League
Registrar (Randy Olsen) by either mailing the forms and your
registration fees (fee info below) to:

Activities |
Swim-A-Thon is largest fund raiser that the swim team runs each year.
For the past four years we have averaged over $11,000 raised. Each
family is highly encouraged to participate in the event. To swim
in the event, there is a minimum contribution level and each swimmer at
or above that level receives a T-Shirt. There are additional prize
levels for increased dollars raised. The largest and most sought
after prizes are awarded to those who bring in corporate sponsorships.
More information will come as the details are finalized.

Open house Registration -
March 8th (Rain Makeup Date March 15th)
| Registration for the Glen Oaks Summer Swim program will
available for both new members and returning members during the open
house at Glen Oaks Swim Club on March 8th. Returning members
will also have the opportunity to register by mail ~ see message
below. Several members of the swim board will be there to help
the registration process, answer questions and introduce people to the
club.
To be a member of the Glen Oaks Sea Lions swim team, your family
must be a member of the Glen Oaks Swim and Tennis Club.
For those of you who would be new to Glen Oaks, this would be the
ideal time to take advantage of the Glen Oaks Six Month Summer
Special! To help the success of the meets and season,
each family is required to contribute to in running the meet by
performing some of the many volunteer job
functions. Please take a moment to look over the parent job
descriptions posted on the site. During registrations process,
the parents will be asked to sign up for specific jobs to be worked
during the season. |

Returning Members - Simply
Mail in if you choose!
| Registration for the returning members of
Glen Oaks Summer Swim program may be done by mail. The club will
be accepting registration forms and payment starting March 1st. These
forms can be mailed in to complete registration
or may be brought to the open house held on March 8th at the club. To be a member of the Glen Oaks Sea Lions swim team, your family
must be a member of the Glen Oaks Swim and Tennis Club.
Returning members are familiar with the volunteer job
responsibilities. The volunteer job
functions are posted and will be available for sign up at
registration. |
